Using an upper tier of wall cabinets is an excellent way to gain storage without compromising good proportion on cabinet doors.
Notice how each handmade tile reflects light differently than its neighbor. This creates a quilt of shadow and light and texture that stands in marked contrast to a standard tile installation.
This pantry wall is one enormous cabinet – assembled on-site – and consequently reads more as a paneled wall than a group of cabinets. They are 24” deep and fully conceal the bulk of the refrigerator.
Full extension, stainless steel drawer bodies with concealed runners and soft-stop technology are standard equipment.

Kitchen
The term “face-frame” refers to the frame of wood surrounding an inset cabinet door or drawer on traditional furniture. Most modern kitchens are modular; each individual cabinet has it’s own face-frame and cabinets are joined together like legos to form your kitchen. In truly custom kitchens like this one, all contiguous blocks of cabinetry are combined into one single cabinet with a single face-frame. The end product has no unnecessary seams, lines or joints to compromise the elegance of the design.
